City Garden refusing to pay late fee per contract

City Garden refused to pay the late fee per their contract. Wipa flatly refused and Yigal patted my contract and said "this is just a piece of paper". I pointed out that it wasn't just a piece of paper when they sued other people that were late but Wipa just said she wasn't paying it.

I've heard that some people have been paid, some have sued and got payed and that some may be in the process of suing.

If anyone is in the process of suing and wants to share legal fees, please let me know as we could have one lawyer handle both cases. If there are 10 or more people then it goes to a special consumer court in Bangkok which is faster and much more serious for City Gardens.
